    IMS Parents,

We hope everyone had a good spring break week.  This week begins our mad rush to the end of the school year.  Next week we will wrap up our 5th six weeks, and we will begin the last grading period of the year.

With the ending of the grading period next week, our teachers wanted to reward our hard-working students with what middle schoolers love the most, a little free time for fun.  So, this Friday, 8th grade will have time at the end of the day to do just that. They can use their phones (for positive things), play games, and just hangout a bit in a very supervised fashion. Also, we will have the concession stand open in the gym.  Then, April 8th, the 7th grade will have their reward time, and 6th grade will have theirs on April 9th.   We are hoping this will become an every 6 week tradition as we reward students for their work and allow others time for remediation if they have not completed all of their assignments.

    -Six weeks ends April 9th

-Report cards will go home on April 16th

-Thank you for being such supportive parents.  We love your children as our own, and as always, thank you for trusting us with their education.

    Upcoming games and events:

    April 2  IMS Soccer @ Martin 4PM

                 Baseball vs Stewart Co 5PM
