    IMS Parents,

We have had some fantastic weather the last few days, and our students have been working very hard on their common assessments.  We are in the middle of our last round of common assessments.  The students and staff call them the CASE assessment.  Teachers use the date from these assessments to guide their planning as we near the end of the school year.  We want to make sure our students have learned everything they should in each grade.  If they demonstrate a weakness in a standard or area, teachers will reteach that concept to individuals or sections of students that need the extra help.  We are very fortunate as a school district to have these tools to monitor our student’s growth.

Thank you for being such supportive parents.  We love your children as our own, and as always, thank you for trusting us with their education.
