Dear Parents,

Our fall party is coming up soon! It will be Wednesday, October 28 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Moms, dads, even grandparents are invited. We will need your help with activities, and you wouldn’t want to miss the fun! If you would like to send snacks, paper supplies, or help with activities, please give me a call or return the bottom portion of the letter by next Wednesday, October 14^th. I will be in contact with you to let you know for sure what you will need to bring and the date that we will need the items. We also need each child to send treats (pencils, bubbles, wrapped candy, stickers, etc.) to class by Monday, October 19^th. This will help fill the treat bags that each child will receive to take home. There are 18 students in the class. We have a great party planned, but we will need your help.
