Meet Our Program Assistant

Mr. Gerald Howard received his Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in 1968 and his Master of Education degree from Murray State University in 1981. Mr. Howard taught high school biology at Fort Campbell Schools before returning home to Paris to teach at Grove Jr. High School in 1973. He taught there for 25 years, and then moved to PSSD to teach at Inman Middle School. In December 2003, Mr. Howard retired from teaching after 36 years and is now working at Rhea School as the Program Assistant.

He has been married for 42 years to the former Patsy Rushing. They have two grown children, Chad Howard and Natalie Hickman.
