Here, you will find all necessary forms for your students to participate in band. Some of these may not apply, but be sure to take a careful look at the three most important forms: Inman Band Parent/Student Contract, Band Uniform Contract, and Band Medical Form. Each student must have these on record. These are due no later than Tuesday August 16^th, 2011
