    Let's rewind!

Busy and awesome-- two words that describe our week at Rhea. We had a super great week-- starting on Monday afternoon wth a kickoff for Kindergarten Round-Up. Future Bulldogs shared pizza with their families and parents completed regisration enrollment forms and learned more about Rhea Kindergarten. Sudents received an invitation to our popsicle party to be held in May. Students will meet their teachers and other students who will be in their fall classes. If you have a future bulldog, or know of a student that will be coming to Kindergarten at Rhea, let them know they can sign up at anytime-- just call the school for information.

On Tuesday, 1st and 2nd grade parents and students shared pizza, games, and fun-- all in the name of math--followed by our second Kindergarten Round-Up.

Thursday was the most exciting day of all. Students were all dressed in their Sunday best and looked the part of little ladies and gentlemen all set to dine in a cafeteria setting, transformed by our amazing PTO officers and parent volunteers. Parent volunteers also dressed in black and white and served students an excellent lunch prepared by Ms Charlotte and our cafeteria staff. Mr. Roy Hawkins provided live music to top off our experience and make this a day that students woud remember long after the day was done. Thursday night was our final Round-Up with students from some of our local pre-schools and daycares.

Stay tuned. There's more to come-- next week is Spring Party, followed by spring break the week of March 20th.

Thank you for your continued support. I'm looknig forward to seeing you all again, soon.

    :-) Ms Sandra
